ICC CWC 2011 In-stadia Branding, Activations and Distribution  Feb – April 2011

Reliance ADA Group (RCOM) were the title sponsors for all ICC events, and 8848 Sports was appointed by RCOM as their sports agency to implement all In-stadia branding, distribution and activations during the ICC CWC 2011 held in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. A total of 13 venues were managed.

Execution Details

Matches were divided in 6 categories (classification based on match importance & venue – played in India or non-India venues)

35 personnel (managers, supervisors & promoters) across 13 venues in 3 countries for 49 matches

Venues were divided into 4 clusters – India (2), Sri Lanka & Bangladesh
>1 general manager overseeing all venues
>1 manager for each cluster>1 supervisor for each ground
>6-10 promoters as per match relevance to Reliance

Match report submission by each venue manager
>  Match (teams playing & venue)
>  Crowd presence
>  No of collaterals distributed
>  Comments by the managers (issues faced, suggestions for the next match, etc)
